Hi Everyone,
I am now in the process of setting up my website, it is based on Spirituality & The Paranormal in North Yorkshire, I have emailed a few psychics, mediums and tarot readers and ghost hunting companies to advertise on my website and opened forums for my members paranormal stories and chatter. Also I will advertise all local events in North Yorkshire and plenty of information from research, journalism and interviews.
The problem is I need members :-), lots of them lol. So I would be very grateful if you all could have a look at the website and join if possible to get my community going a little bit...
http://northyorkshirespirit.webeden.co.uk
Also when it is all up and running I plan to buy the actual domain name.
Hope to hear from you all soon.

Chakras...
The 7 Main Chakras...
Our chakras (Sanskrit for wheel) run down the centre of our body and are centers of energy (the entry doors to your Aura). The lower half is the instinctual side and the upper half is the mental side of us.
We need to balance our chakras to be at one with ourselves. chakras can be open, under active and overactive, the over active chakras compensate for the under active.
1. Root Chakra (Muladhara) - Security & Grounded
2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) - Feeling & Sexuality
Location: Lower Abdomen
3. Naval Chakra (Manipura) - Self Esteem & Control
Location: Solar Plexus (Below the Diaphragm)
4. Heart Chakra (Anahatra) - Love, kindness and affection
Location: Chest, Heart, Cardiac Plexus
6. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) - Insight & Visualisation
Location: Centre of the forehead
There are actually 88,000 chakras in ones body, the majority being small and insignificant but 40 of then have a significant function. These are constantly turning and vibrating.
Chakras influence our body shape, glandular process, chronic physical ailments, thoughts and behaviour. When one or more is blocked we can notice this within our daily lives.
How to heal your chakras...
1. Healing such as Reiki
2. Colour Therapy
3. Yoga
4. Conscious Breathing
5. Physical Exercise
6. Meditation
7. Positive Thinking
8. Affirmations
9. Balancing (Hands Pendulum, Crystals and gemstones)
10. Aromatherapy
Sanskrit - An ancient Indic language of India.
The Lotus Flower - In Hinduism each person has the spirit of a sacred lotus flower within them, a symbol of the centers of consciousness within the body. Awakening of the spiritual reality of life.

Still Waiting...
Well I bought a book written by my favourite writer Sylvia Browne and it still has not come :( so I checked my emails and realised I have ordered it from America lol silly me. I can't wait to read it (Sylvia Brownes Lessons for Life) and a book review will come shortly after. Sylvia Browne, I love her books, they are so inspirational and amazing to read. I have read, 'Life on the Other Side', 'Past Lives Future Healing' and 'The Other Side and Back'. Wow. Sylvia Browne is a spiritual teacher, psychic, lecturer, writer and researcher in the field of parapsychology. She started with her psychic abilities at the age of three in her home town of Kansas City. In 1974 she incorporated The Nirvana Foundation for psychic research. In 1986 Sylvia also formed another organisation 'The Society of Novus Spirit' (New Spirit) based on the Christian Gnostic Theology.

She has inspired me beyond words. I'll post a blog on here based on my new book review soon as it comes and get to read it.
Anyway... not had a very good week this week, we had to send poor Newt back to his previous owners, he snapped at Molly my three year old and we had only had him 3 days, I couldn't risk anything happening with Jack Russells being working dogs and tendency to snap. I understand he is a terrier dog and don't blame him at all, he was in an unknown home with unknown people and had grew up 3 years with another family. Molly is at her toddler stages and was playing nicely with her balloon and he just jumped out of his bed and snapped. Quite a shock to us as he was such a lovely, loving, obedient dog. So now he is back with his original family.
I got reminded of Christmas coming soon :-) I <3 Christmas, It is by far the best time of year for us to get a chance to enjoy ourselves with family and friends. We had a late night shopping night in the village and it was filled with everything Christmas, mince pies, carol singers, lights, decorations and all the shops had a raffle jar at the till to get a discount on what we had bought. I'm so excited for the first year ever I am having my parents over for dinner :-) and spending Christmas at home instead of my parents house. Only five more weeks.

Just Giving
Hello,
I'm starting my 'Just Giving' page to give me more motivation to better my personal health. Also I would like to give something back to the BHF because my 2month old daughter Lily-Mae was born with a heart defect called Pulmonary Stenosis and throughout my family there is a genetic heart defect called Brigada Syndrome and I think the work of the BHF is amazing.
I plan to better my own health by quitting the dirty habit of smoking, eating a healthy diet, regular exercise, healthy fundraising and yoga. I want to find the best ways to do all of these things and stick to each one. I want to raise enough money to give something back to the BHF for the help with my daughter and other family members.
I have three lttle girls (5, 3 and 2month) who would benefit greatly from a healthy mummy and a healthy lifestyle.
Thankyou for reading and supporting me. Kim XxX
New Addition
Hello World,
Well what an eventful week, we have all been suffering with flu especially my little girl Molly-Sue and at the moment we have a new addition to complete our country lifestyle family, Newt the 3year old Jack Russell. He has been brilliant up to now with the girls, he is house trained and good on our walks, although as JR are hunting dogs I cant helping feeling a little nervous with him around Lily-Mae my youngest baby girl. Also Sooty my cat is petrified of him at the moment, this also makes me nervous as Newts natural instinct could kick in. All that said but Newt has been brought up with cats, other dogs and a baby girl. Newt is on a weeks trial to see if he can adapt to my family and I can settle with the nervousness, I think he would love it here, the girls love him and there are so many country dog walks around here so lets see how it goes.
I have just finished reading 'SHUT UP, STOP WHINING & GET A LIFE' by Larry Winget, WOW what a book :-). It is one of the best books have ever read and gets straight to the point. The best advce in the book is "When you mess up... big deal. Just admit it, fix it and move on. Other than that life's a party." I really enjoyed it, he's hilarious and honest and says most things people would shy away from. At the end of the book he sets up the following test for you:
